The company isn’t doing well in the sales department. Their new products are competing in an at that’s already well established, and while they somewhat fit. They have some serious limitations , and it makes the solutions hard to sell. Majority of the sales team aren’t hitting quota.

1Password is a great organization. It is a young leadership team with high goals and a lot of organizational changes, but if that doesn't phase you it is a great place to be. Comp is competitive and the people are lovely.

I think the company is great to work for overall. It’s a growing company preparing to go public, so there’s lots of changes happening on a regular basis. The pay is okay, but if I’m being honest it could be better compared to other companies.
