Current Employee My overall experience has been negative. New Business BDRs achieve target maybe twice in a year. There’s another segment called Growth BDR that sells into existing customers, they hit target consistently and get the same compensation. This structure will change in 2025 since their ACV is $2000 and the company is losing money by having them. Current Employee Unmatched product market fit. Stellar leadership. Sky is the limit.
