1Password used to be a fun place to work and now we got a new VP of Sales that is cleaning house and not acknowledging that no reps from commercial have hit their number 2 years in a row.

It’s been disappointing to see how much has changed. Leadership seems more focused on investor goals than customer feedback, and with many product leaders departing, the culture that once made this an incredible place to work has faded. Sales teams are struggling to hit targets, and the overall environment feels tense and uncertain

Great place to work from a cultural perspective. They truly care about their people and provide ample opportunities for growth and development. Going through a change cycle with the introduction of new products - there have been a few… many bumps in the road. But the outlook is still relatively positive
