Former Employee2.6Jul 17, 2025 5-10 out of 40 reps hit target, not much guidance from leadership other than keep sending emails and dialing. 15 reps have left since Jan with many on stress leave, all around vibe/culture isn’t great as many are looking to leave. Pay is below market standard for an org this size. A lot of favoritism as well which causes tension between reps.
