There seem to be some improvements to the org as a whole with new leadership coming in. A few reps hit consistently but mostly because they are favored from SDR inbound handoffs. New people coming in are typically prioritized or handed deals that have been being worked from team leads. Your success depends heavily on how well liked you are and the type of support you have from your manager.
