If you are looking to make money in a sales role this is not the place for you. The targets are unrealistic and basically no one is hitting their quotas. Salaries are below market rate as well. There are many changes every week and things are not communicated well at all. Morale is low, and middle management has no leverage. Proceed with caution.

My overall experience is good. The product is strong and the team in consistently innovating which has been good to see. There are still issues with comp plan and quota attainment.

The product is great and the company vision is strong. However the sales org has gone through a lot of changes in the past year from territory & segment changes to commission structure changes. Hitting quotas has become more difficult and earning potential if you don't hit quota is barely anything. It's a shame because I really believe in the product and the company...Read More
