A lot of internal turnover recently. Which is good because great employees are being poached, but bad since customers are blindsided without having contacts. Culture is changing with new CEO. Looking to retain talent and grow heavily by selling to new business.

I was successful in the role, though it was undeniably challenging. Leadership has meaningful opportunities to improve. The product also needs to push further toward true market-leading innovation.

The product is extremely overpriced for the actual value customers get. There are plenty of other AI tools out there that do what 6s does, or better, for a fraction of the cost, sometimes just 20% of the price. 6sense really rode the COVID wave when it was one of the only players in the space, but now it’s getting outcompeted in a lot of ways.
