Strong product, but a lot has changed at 6sense in the last 2 years. The sales org has struggled to hit targets in 2023 and 2024 for various economic and structural reasons. I'd expect much turnover in the coming months.

Likes many orgs right now very few people are hitting quota at 6sense. In general the product is strong but it's getting more competitive and the territories are shrinking. Rewarding if you can stick it out and/or are one of the lucky ones.

The company is fun to work for, but the product is tough to sell. Many not hitting quota in the current environment, struggles with internal tools and a current "hiring freeze" that's said to not be happening is taking away from the culture. Competitive landscape is tough and the current economy is showing its face there
