Great company. Still in major growing pains. Tends to shift focus as the winds (or shareholders) change. Great leadership and great product. Easy to do business with.

The biggest issue with ACV is their unwillingness to adjust sales quotas when they had the feedback and data to do so. Quotas also do not take into account the the size of your market only time in position, there fore the turnover is sales is very high. The product is good. Some management decisions are questionable.

ACV has a great product offering! Certainly one of the best available, if not the best. The company has grown very quickly and there are growing pains as a result. Goals are simple: continue to hit their imaginary number, with or without the necessary resources, or be recycled out. This goes for leadership positions as well. The turnover is atrocious.
