Market leader in this space. Ton of payroll/HCM providers which can make selling difficult. Roughly 10%-15% of reps hit quota (BOP very low). A lot of sales in this industry come strictly from timing. SBS is not necessarily for a long term career, more of a churn and burn.

My general experience at ADP included very thorough training, consistency within leadership (both for good and bad), a very poor market fit (+ COVID), and a below average base salary with very high commission potential.
