Challenges: selling our HR support could not be done without scaring the client into thinking they aren't doing enough for compliance. It wasn't a sale I enjoyed.

My experience was that of the good old boys club. If you aren't with them, your against them. Luckily, the VP that was there at my time was fired. Wish I was able to wade through that to stay with the company but could not handle the leadership.
