They sold me on a job that is very very different in my market vs other markets. On boarding is a joke and the office here doesn't have any needed equipment. They wine you and dine you but force ridiculous quotas and won't train you well on anything day to day on how to actually achieve it.

The most successful people in my role have internal and external partners who send them leads. Then, when you add in your self-gen efforts, you should have no problem exceeding your quota. If you are totally self-gen and lack support from your leader you will struggle.
