the people are the only reason you stay, company is WAY too corporate, doesn't listen to employees and does not allow sales to use strengths at all as we are basically also customer service, feels like school with ridiculous amounts of mandatory trainings and meetings, base pay is the worst and commission is not nearly enough for all the work you do. high stress, high anxiety, if someone does not process two payrolls you eat that and take a negative. you cant force people to run payroll.
