Current Employee AVOID! 80% of business is referred, all good producing referral channels are given to tenured reps so not good distribution of opportunity, product is good but it's a lot of work to switch. Everyone you speak to will have been dialed into oblivion by other ADP reps so you just get yelled at 24/7 when prospecting. If you've done sales before, find a job elsewhere. One of the hardest grinds you can find in b2b sales.
