ADP is a great place to break into tech sales. Everyone needs payroll, HR, and benefit support. The business opportunities are there - you can go after any industry with a company whose reputation proceeds itself. At the end of the day though, it is sales. Do you want to call cfos and hr leaders to talk about market trends for the next 20 years? That’s up to you. Amazing training and trainers, but your direct sales executive and VP can make or break the experience with high expectations & micromanagement. You must show consistency. So achieve annual quota broken out month by month to stay ahead here

Leadership has 0 care for any of its employees and only see you as another stat on their board. Commission structure is horrendous and they work you into burn out every month with 0 expectations for growth until someone leaves.
