Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall ADP is a good company which really cares about the truthfulness of their value proposition, so their service and products are true to their marketing, you actually can sell with transparency. Internally the traditional structure doesn't leave much space for growth and doesn't promote career development unless you are willing to stay 20 years and want to wait over 7 years for promotion. They do have a really cool global training area for sellers, but the culture and leadership doesn't follow a minimum standard behavior inside the company except on paper, in sales you will see micromanagement to the extreme even when you hit your goals. The base salary is bellow the market average as well as the benefits but they have a really cool accelerator which can help duplicate your earnings when you hit your annual quote.
