Short time in a CPA Centric role, lots of training and a push to go sell before you know what you’re doing in hopes of “support” from higher ups. Nepotism throughout organization. Implementation can kill a deal quick and go negative on comp.

Love ADP. I work in a great region, board of directors this year. Culture is amazing. Corporate bullshit can get annoying but overall enjoy the job.
