Good culture. But the compensation is horrible and it largely depends on who you are partnered with if you will be successful. It takes 3 years to make decent money

A lot of changes needed in this organization. We spend a crazy amount of time on useless meetings every week. Sales reps are free to be wherever except for Fridays where the entire office sits around socializing until 5 pm.
