The culture and opportunity for growth is absolutely amazing. However, the salary is abysmal for new hires in SMB and it doesn’t get better over time and tenure. New comp structure is trash and does not motivate me. I wish I would’ve fully grasped how abysmal that commission is as I don’t want to work hard for cents on the dollar.

Outbound pays a low salary and they do not communicate about your territory until it is late. Those who have great territories do well. ADP knows which territories will sell more and which ones won't. Low end territories will be bigger challenges with VAR specialists, CPA DM's and others going into your accounts and closing them where you will get nothing out of...Read More
