Current Employee ADP overall is a good company. However, here are flaws. some other competitors have similar product to us with much cheaper cost. also, some of ADP products need changes and updates. the structure of getting the product implimented for the client is very irritating . you also have to suck up to your bankers in your territory to send you leads. the bankers in your territory have no obligation to provide you leads or even connect with you. which means, your pipeline is sort of in their hands which is very irritating. the leads they provide are big though, however again like i mentioned that is if they feel like giving you any. it takes a long time to build relationship with them to the point where their confortable in always sending you clients to close. overall, its a good place to start and grow, however, i do not like the structure. Former Employee Nothing major to add. Difficult job but I feel I was treated fairly.
