Current Employee3.3Nov 21, 2025The culture and opportunity for growth is absolutely amazing. However, the salary is abysmal for new hires in SMB and it doesn’t get better over time and tenure. New comp structure is trash and does not motivate me. I wish I would’ve fully grasped how abysmal that commission is as I don’t want to work hard for cents on the dollar.
