Leadership and training was thorough and a great entry point for my career into sales. Commission structure was clear and there was a 6 month bonus if you sold a certain amount of business within the time frame. Our VP was great - definitely a young crowd which is fun coming out of college and its very team orientated in some ways, but also its eat what you kill. I would sit in a room after hours to dial business owners because that was when I got the most traction was at the end of the day when gate keepers are out.

ADP is a great place to grow in a sales market. They have unique opportunities in client or hunter sales roles, along with multiple different company sizes you can work with.
