Good training and development lots of internal promotions. Base salary on the lower end but compensation makes up for it especially if you're a top performer.

Great training, diversity, and culture. High energy and motivated leadership, I’ve never personally had a bad experience with my manager. Lead flow is through referrals from partners and some self gen if referrals are not enough. You cannot be lazy to succeed here- very high volume w partner interactions and transactions.

digital sales role - can no longer use marketing emails to self gen leads. regions are so/so depending on what team you're on. your biggest competition for the deal is almost always another rep at ADP.
