Current Employee2.7Nov 13, 2024I wouldn’t recommend ADP to a seasoned sales professional. This is moreso a job for 28ish year olds who enjoy dropping off treats and flyers at the doorsteps of all of their prospects. Base pay is weak for the industry.

You’re primarily selling HR to companies who are in heavily regulated states and try to scare them into thinking we handle their compliance (we help but we don’t handle EVERYTHING).
