Overall this is a great starter job for sales. You experience the full sales cycle & the training is top tier. The sales experience itself however is not easy - it takes a while to grow a pipeline and your managers are breathing down your neck often to see over the top activity. Burn out is common amongst everyone all the time.

Typical churn and burn entry level sales. Micro managed hard. Everything you do is tracked. If you are consistently over plan you get micromanaged more to makeup for others not hitting plan.

Okay, I didn't love it but did provide great training early in my career.
