Sales reps have relatively fair quotas that are attainable depending on the role. As quota and market expectation increase, territory is becoming more saturated (more reps to hit higher sales targets) which is making it harder and more competitive for reps to be able to attain quota/presidents club. Quotas for the most part are fair, but higher quotas with less and less opportunity is the trend.
