ADP is a great place to start a sales career if you don't have much background. Comp structure isn't anything to write home about. Core product is essentially a commodity at this point with a TON of competition. If you last a couple of years and decide to stick around for the long haul (many do), be sure to try and switch roles/business units at least every 3 years. The infighting between reps/teams is a major problem and "the biggest competition is ourselves" is 100% accurate.

Most District Manager roles are purely hunting with basically zero external inbound leads. Leads only come from partner COIs such as banks/brokers or internal team members in other BUs
