Current Employee Training and development was great. Territory was over saturated and direct manager played favorites with reps when disputes arose within accounts. Frequently had reps steal accounts I had developed. Former Employee My overall experience was great! Really enjoyed my time at ADP. Current Employee Just started and base and compensation are well below market average.
