Current Employee It's all right if you need a job and will withstand any recession. However, the pay will be consistently low, and this company will use every opportunity to cut costs. If you make "too much", they will knock you down a peg and your new compensation plan will involve you selling more for less. Year over year, this turns into noticeably diminishing returns that can make it difficult to sustain a family or save.
