The first few years were great. New industry, you don't know better, and somehow I was successful. Then at about year 3 you begin to understand why so many people leave this company around this time. The outward culture is welcoming. But one bad apple can destroy an entire team of 15-20 previously successful reps. To the top leaders at ADP: stop promoting jerks, stop incentivizing internal team conflict. You have built a cut throat culture that rewards the cheaters and pushes out the people who actually try to do things the right way.

The opportunity here is amazing if you take full advantage of it. I believe the job can be relatively easy compared to other sales jobs due to the tools that ADP provides you with.
