Neutral, entry level, very low percent of commission makes it to associate. They pay in a fractional percent of “roll call” which ends up equating to first month commission on product. For insurance sales, that is gouging since adp gets that commission monthly. Minimal renewal/residual comp.

Heavy emphasis on outbound. My territory was in the sticks, selling to people who still had payroll on paper, delivering checks every week. People had been in their roles for 40 years. Difficult at times.
