Could be lots better. Bad base pay but opportunity to earn more. Not a great culture either. Go into the office 3 times a week in Mississauga. Not the greatest location. SBS deals are small and especially with other payroll providers on the market it's getting harder and harder to win deals

Sales environment has gotten much tougher to sell HRIS. Lots of new competitors coupled with many companies saying they are staying put due 'economic uncertainties'.
