Sales environment has gotten much tougher to sell HRIS. Lots of new competitors coupled with many companies saying they are staying put due 'economic uncertainties'.

Some opportunities are better than others. Leadership seems to be people who have failed upward, and don't necessarily have actual leadership skills more so just fit the box and waited long enough to get the position.
