Current Employee My overall experience is good. The pay is decent and can be steady depending on which departments and accounts you support. The job is mainly keeping customers happy with their services and billing. The other part is selling, but you are really trying to build a good relationship withe the customer before selling other services. Upper leadership is weak as they don't provide accurate quotas and transparency on changes to the business.
