Most SM's sit in the role for 5-10 years before getting a look for a Director role. Leadership is full of outdated dinosaurs and rarely are open to fresh prospective.

There are no COLA raises. Performance based raises cap at 5%. Benefits are abysmal for a company this size. There is no equity given.
