Current Employee Working in AT&T Business’s B2B segment has been an increasingly frustrating experience. The constant micromanagement leaves no room for autonomy or creativity, making it hard to feel trusted or valued. On top of that, the recent $10,000 salary cuts and changes to the commission structure have made it feel like the company cares more about saving money than rewarding hard work. The pressure to hit unrealistic targets has even led some people to resort to unethical sales tactics, which only adds to the frustration of working in such an environment.
What’s even more disheartening is the lack of work-life balance. Despite the pay cuts, we’re still expected to be in the office five days a week, spending even more money on gas and commuting. It feels like the company keeps taking from us without giving anything back. The whole B2B segment feels unorganized and unprofessional, making it harder to stay motivated. AT&T needs to seriously rethink how it treats its employees, or it risks losing the trust and loyalty of its workforce. Browse Other Reviews
