Horrible financial decisions from leadership and internal politics plagues profitability/progress. DEI forces sales managers to not fire minorities even if actions/performance warrants a reduction.

Quota was sometimes extremely unattainable based on market demands and AT&T infrastructure and capability to meet customer demands.
