worked there 27 years, culture varied between extremely toxic & tolerable, but stayed for salary. Would not recommend now as they are laying off 80% of sales force & they are focused on paying all employees as little as possible, actively attempting to replace sales force with web portals & AI.

The company is struggling and layoffs are always around the corner. Unless you are in Dallas or in a sales role there is not much stability.

I would not work here, it’s not the same as it was 5 years ago where this could be a career. The cut salaries $10k in Feb. increased quotas and lowered the values of things sold so you have to sell more products to hit numbers
