This is the third company that I have been apart of - and the company culture has by far been the best that I have experienced. From top to bottom, everyone takes care of each other and are there for you to help assist in any way that they can.

good product, lots of autonomy (activity isn't measured so long as you're hitting your target numbers, CEO is involved in a lot of the weeds (somewhat micromanaging)

Abacus is definitely not a place for everyone, but it gives you an extremely unique opportunity to become an AE in less than a year. good they have a strict ramp but achievable. I was able to do it but others where not and they didn’t keep the job for even 5 weeks so they are very on it regarding that.
