Accenture offers a great start for career growth, especially in terms of learning and diversity. However, the compensation structure is disappointing, with low salary and weak incentives. While the work environment is inclusive and collaborative, better financial rewards and performance-based incentives would significantly improve employee motivation and job satisfaction.

Pay is incredible but they expect hours and effort. There is zero work/life balance up through SMDs. Support on opportunities is great but have to ask. Training is non-existent for experienced hires. Getting net new customers on the board is near impossible. Have to prove that $10M in spend is on the docket immediately.
