Overall experience has been good, have autonomy to perform as I need to be successful. Quotas are attainable, but overall comp feels much lower than market average. Also, owned by PE so growth of the company and for an IC is not there anymore, when it comes to equity and having a stake in the performance of the company.

Overall my experience was good at Acquia, however, individual reps usually had too many accounts and not enough time to be strategic about their sales process.
