It's a great product, but somewhere there is a disconnect between sellers and the leadership team. Executives are brilliant but out of touch. Example: To receive a commission payout, salespeople must attain a minimum of 70%. They also have to figure out messaging themselves because it's not provided, lofty goals but not enough leads. The average attainment was 50%, but the company target was achieved at just over 100%. Again, really great product, but somewhere there is a disconnect between sellers and the leadership team.

The culture is amazing. But you really gotta be OK with making 20% less than you think you’re gonna make.
