Current Employee Leadership is largely disconnected from the realities of selling to the channel. Not the best product in the market, but still very good. I wish the company could get its act together and do more than grandstanding when legitimate requests are made. I.e. what events to attend, fixing the comp plan so that we're incentivized to support the company goals (instead of being punished for overachieving), and not filling our days with largely administrative tasks that should be the responsibility of other departments. Sometimes it feels like in an attempt to generate short-term profit, leadership is willing to lose grip on what they claim is our long-term vision.
