Overly ambitious yearly targets are not supported by cohesive plans. Poorly designes incentive structure discourages many reps from overachieving targets. Competitive product feature and price-wise is a good fit for most non-enterprise customers.

It's a great product, but somewhere there is a disconnect between sellers and the leadership team. Executives are brilliant but out of touch. Example: To receive a commission payout, salespeople must attain a minimum of 70%. They also have to figure out messaging themselves because it's not provided, lofty goals but not enough leads.
