Overall my experience has been eye-opening and positive. I appreciate the opportunity to move into this role from my previous Support role. Starting with a very small team, we were privileged to build our subculture. Now that I have notable experience and am aware of the median compensation, I am ready to move on to a company that can not only appreciate contributions but also afford to fairly compensate me for it.
