I lost faith in leadership very early on in my time at Adobe. I've been fortunate to have outstanding leaders for the bulk of my career, so I was taken aback by my org's leadership at Adobe. They were willing to point the finger at the reps, not willing to call out the macro problems across the org, or take any real initiative (from what I could tell) to solve problems. I would not recommend Adobe to my friends. That said, it's a massive company so I'm sure there are fantastic leaders and cultures in different orgs across the company.

Great opportunity to make a significant income, if you're willing to go through the political hoops and irrational pressure from leadership. Product fit is great, but not realistic or upfront on the roadmap.
