Former Employee Overall a great place to work - great people and team. Some great leadership as well. Learn a tonne and are exposed to a wide range of solutions as well as being involved in big deals and senior stakeholders. Unfortunately though, there is not a great pathway to AE or promotion given the focus on enterprise selling and the pricing/complexity of products doesn't really suit a SMB/commercial GTM. Instead, account manager or renewal roles are often the promotion pathway after 2+ years.
BDR's in the Digital Experience business are generally paid above avg, but have little influence over their ability to earn through the current commission model, which is capped at 150%, and is based on the value of opportunities converted into pipeline and the progressesion of pipeline to later stages - which is too late to be meaningfully influenced by a BDR. Hopefully this changes - and assume it likely will to some degree.
Overall its a great place to learn and start a career, but not where you could expect fast upward mobility.
