Great tech but not the best sales methodology. Lots of legacy barriers to execution (multiple CRM’s). Poor x-functional collaboration. Some good leaders who are truely customer centric but very hard to make plan as an AE or FLM. 75% was considered off the performance management radar.

Great company providing experience which will last a decade. Large variable in pay range and very political environment depending on area of the business. Performance and character alone won't get you the pay you deserve in some BUs; you will have to play a political game which gets old esp. for high performers
