Adobe's sales org is positive for the most part, but internal processes make selling the easiest part of the job. It is nearly impossible to get anything done internally with any urgency or agility, which is the most painful part of the job.

I loved my time at Adobe. I was able to succeed as ADM/BDR and moved all the way to Enterprise AE, which is a rare feat within the org. Great product as a standalone, not a great fit though. Our customers were not really biting at the content management product suite. Quotas increased, territory shrunk, so I looked elsewhere.

There are a lot of great things about Adobe and a lot of frustrating things. Most of the frustrating parts are around the internal blockers and hurdles you have to jump through to accomplish things within a large organization. This is typical but fair to call out.
