Current Employee Things have been changing, mainly due to the economic outlook. Things are just getting a little bit tighter, a little bit more micromanagy. It has definitely been more difficult to hit quota, where in the past, it was definitely attainable. They have been changing some of the "Rules" and incentives, but it is making quota harder to hit. Don't love the direction that the BDR org is going in, but it might swing back if the economy gets better.
